Attend Sales meetings and conduct site survey Manage CCTV Technicians Team Work with the 2 teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Ensure targets are achieved Arrange for new staff to be trained Ensure the sales process is followed Liaise with Telecallers to ensure all incoming orders are fulfilled Keep track of incoming stock & maintain stock records Liaise with headquarters for technical issues faced by the team Should attend meetings with the team for training.
